Privacy, terms and responsible use
This page describes the current Vallenoval MVP. It should be reviewed and adapted with legal counsel before enabling large-scale payments, external tools or international expansion.

Information requested
Depending on the interaction, the site may collect name, email, professional profile, country, ebook choice, assessment answers, book interest, messages, communication consent, visit source and basic technical data such as IP address. This version does not request payment information.
Passwords are not stored in readable form; PHP password hashing is used. Even so, do not reuse an important password from another service.
How information is used
Data is used to create and maintain access, deliver ebooks, remember unlock status, personalize recommendations, answer messages, record purchase interest, improve content and—when consent exists—send relevant updates, surveys and offers.
Necessary preferences and optional analytics
The website uses sessions and local storage needed to maintain access, remember language, attribute campaigns and save preferences. Marketing analytics is not enabled by default and should only load after explicit consent. Once configured, Meta Pixel may measure visits, registrations, book interest, assessments and relevant clicks. UTM parameters, landing page and referring domain are also retained to compare the performance of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and other sources. This measurement is not enabled without analytics consent.
How the MVP is protected
Launch-stage data is stored in protected files on the server, and the private directory blocks direct web access. This mechanism is suitable only for low-volume initial use. Before scaling, migrate to a database or CRM with proper access control, backups and auditability.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw communication consent, by writing from the email associated with the account. Legal obligations may require limited retention.
Personal use and downloads
Accounts are personal. Free ebooks are delivered for individual learning and use. Resale, full republication, mass distribution or presenting modified content as your own work is not authorized.
AI supports; people decide
Assessments, prompts, examples and recommendations are educational and orientative. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, accounting or other professional advice. AI-assisted outputs must be verified and contextualized.
Conditions before payments are enabled
The delivered version captures interest and is ready to connect to an external payment platform, but does not process payments. Before activation, price, currency, taxes, format, delivery, support, license, refunds and payment provider must be published.
